Missouri Lottery players won more than $84.3 million in total prizes in October 2021 – this includes winning Draw Games tickets sold and winning Scratchers tickets claimed during the month.
· A player who purchased their ticket in Grain Valley won the fourth Lotto jackpot of 2021 on Oct. 23 ($2.4 million).
· More than $32.2 million in Lottery proceeds was transferred to Missouri education in October.
· October 2021 marks 35 years since sales began for the Lotto Draw Game. In that time, 265 Missouri Lottery players have won a combined $790.8 million in Lotto jackpot prizes.
· In October, players won more than $7.9 million in prizes on the five Missouri Lottery holiday Scratchers games that became available Oct. 11.
· The Oct. 4 Powerball jackpot of $670 million was the eighth-highest U.S. jackpot of all time. Missouri players won more than $266,000 in prizes in that night’s drawing.
