A man now faces multiple charges after a traffic stop in Shannon County.
Arrest records state that 25-year-old Kyle Roberts of Birch Tree, MO, is being charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, speeding 91 in a 65, no insurance, and no seat belt.
Roberts was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was later released.
The Highway Patrol arrested Roberts on similar charges in early August.
