Two juveniles from Alton were injured in an ATV crash on Thursday afternoon.
Crash reports show that a Kawasaki ATV driven by a 17-year-old juvenile was traveling northbound on County Road 113, three miles northeast of Alton, when the ATV lost control and traveled off the roadway, ejecting both passengers.
The 17-year-old driver of the ATV had serious injuries and was taken by aircraft to St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Also, a 12-year-old passenger had minor injuries and was taken by a private vehicle to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains with minor injuries.
