A man arrested in Carter County faces DWI charges from a traffic stop on Saturday evening.
According to arrest records, 23-year-old Joshua Goodnight of Campbell, MO, faces charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to display valid plates.
Goodnight was processed and released.
