A West Plains man was arrested in Shannon County.
According to arrest records, 57-year-old Franklin Stark of West Plains now faces charges of felony driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor driving while revoked.
Stark was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
