UPDATE (10:00am):
ECNN has confirmed that a majority of the City of West Plains is without power.
The outage is due to the Lincoln Street Electric Substation. This is where crews are fighting the fire.
Photos of the fire show a blue flame at the station.
We are unaware of any timeline to have power back across the city.

The Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative also reports the wholesale provider of energy to Howell-Oregon customers is currently experiencing outages of their own.
