The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Howell County.
Arrest records show that 45-year-old Cesar Burgara of Kansas City, MO, now faces charges for felony possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding, and possession of marijuana.
Burgara was taken to the Howell County Jail and was later released.
