A man was arrested in Shannon County on a felony warrant.
Arrest records state that 42-year-old Harry Scheina of Pomona, MO, was arrested for a felony Texas County warrant for burglary and two misdemeanor failure to appear warrants from the Cabool Police Department.
Scheina was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was given no bond.
