The Highway Patrol arrested a West Plains man on Sunday.
Arrest records show that 40-year-old Jason Emmel now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, passing a vehicle on the shoulder, speeding, driving while revoked, no insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle.
Emmel was processed and released.
