The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a woman in Howell County.
Arrest records show that 22-year-old Vanessa Gould of Willow Springs faces charges for a misdemeanor Willow Springs warrant for failure to appear and no seat belt.
Gould was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on bond.
