A crash in Wright County left a woman with serious injuries on Thursday evening.
According to crash reports, a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser driven by 19-year-old Kassandra Smith of Hartville, MO, was traveling southbound on St. George Road, 12 miles north of Hartville, when the car went off the left side of the roadway, struck an embankment, and then a tree.
Smith was airlifted to Mercy hospital for treatment of her life-threatening injuries.
The accident happened around 5:20 pm on Thursday evening.
