An arrest in Texas County leads to DWI charges.
According to arrest records, 56-year-old Jerry Magouirk of Jerome, MO, faces patrol charges for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.
Magouirk was taken to the Texas County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
