An arrest in Shannon County left a woman with DWI charges on Saturday.
Arrest records state that 41-year-old Pamela Koogler of Winona, MO faces charges of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, speeding, no insurance, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Koogler was taken to the Winona Ranger Station and was later released.
