Two parents have been convicted in a child abuse case dating back to December of 2020.
ECNN initially reported 28-year-old Latisha Cantrell and 27-year-old Joey Moore of Mountain Grove faced charges of felony child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Missouri Casenet reports that on Friday, Cantrell and Moore pleaded guilty to 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child involving serious physical injury and abuse or neglect of a child involving serious emotional or physical injury.
