A Willow Springs man was arrested in Howell County on Sunday evening.
Arrest records say that 34-year-old Kryshtal Pavel of Willow Springs is charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony resisting arrest, assault on a special victim, and improper parking.
Pavel was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
