A woman was arrested on a Fulton County warrant on Monday in Howell County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 24-year-old Amber Prewett of Winona, MO, faces charges for a felony Fulton County, AR warrant for theft, speeding, two counts of failure to restrain children, and no seatbelt.
Prewett was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on bond.
