Ozarks County Sheriff’s Office reports drug bust from search warrant

On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, members of the MJTF (to include Ozark and Douglas counties, along with the Ava Police Department) served a search warrant in the Brixey area.
Methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia and marijuana were located inside the residence. These substances will be sent to the state crime lab for further testing.
A stolen vehicle was also recovered during the search.
Four individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Ozark County Jail. Formal charges are currently pending.
UPDATE 12/17:
CHARGES FILED as a result of the search warrant served by the MJTF in the Brixey area on Wednesday.
A warrant for the arrest of ALVIN SEARCY has been issued with the following charges:
• Delivery of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid – FELONY C
• Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid – FELONY D
• Stealing – Motor Vehicle/Watercraft/Aircraft – FELONY D
• Keeping or Maintaining A Public Nuisance – FELONY E
BOND: $50,000 CASH ONLY
Charges are currently pending on the following individuals with regards to the same search warrant:

STANLEY WILSON
All suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
