The Highway Patrol arrested a Winona, MO man on Tuesday.
According to arrest records, 37-year-old Joshua Shipton faces charges for felony driving while revoked, felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamines, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, speeding, and failure to display valid plates.
Shipton was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was placed on no bond.
