The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Shannon County.
Arrest records indicate 42-year-old Billy Tarlton of Birch Tree, MO faces a felony charge for possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
Tarlton was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
