A woman was arrested in Howell County on Thursday.
According to arrest records, 31-year-old Amber Tackitt of West Plains is charged with two felony possession of a controlled substance charge, two unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia charges, failure to display valid plates, and no seatbelt.
Tackitt was released on the scene by authorities.
