A woman was injured in Douglas County crash on Thursday.
Crash reports show that a 2004 Lincoln Navigator was traveling northbound on Highway five – 12 miles south of Ava, when the vehicle lost control on a slick roadway, traveled off the right side, struck an embankment and overturned.
A passenger of the vehicle, 51 year old Jennifer Failla of Gainesville, was moderately injured in the crash and was transported by ambulance to the Cox South Medical Center in Springfield.
