A man was arrested in Shannon County for fleeing on Sunday evening.
According to arrest records, 30-year-old Joel West of Eminence, MO is charged with felony fleeing, felony possession of a controlled substance, speeding, and careless and imprudent driving.
West was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
