WEST PLAINS, MO (ECNN) – The West Plains VA clinic has made changes to how it will be conducting business due to staffing issues in the clinic.

According to Chief Communications Relations Officer Angela Smith, the clinic is still open but offers limited services due to staffing shortages.

They say you can help protect yourself and other veterans if you stay home and use your phone.

They ask that you call the clinic, as they may be able to meet the needs through a phone or video call.

For the most effective care for the West Plains VA clinic, call 573-686-4151.

They ask everyone to mask up, wash their hands, maintain their distance, and get their vaccination or booster shot if they’re able.
