A Howell County woman faces DWI charges after a traffic stop Tuesday evening.
Arrest records show 37-year-old Amanda Ruiz of West Plains, MO faces charges for driving while intoxicated, impeding traffic flow, and having no seat belt.
Ruiz was processed and released.
