A man was arrested for DWI in Carter County.
Arrest records show 19 year old Charles James of Van Buren, MO is charged with driving while intoxicated, no valid operators license, littering, and speeding 16 MPH over the posted speed limit.
James was taken to the Carter County Jail and was later released.
