The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a woman in Shannon County.
Arrest records show 33-year-old Lorriana Smothers of Winona, MO was booked on a felony Shannon County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child, driving while revoked, failure to secure a child less than 16, and having no seatbelt.
Smothers was taken to the Howell County Jail and was placed on bond.
