A Howell County man faces multiple charges after a traffic stop on Wednesday morning.
According to arrest records, 24-year-old Jon Sipson of West Plains is charged with driving while intoxicated – drugs, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, and failure to properly fasten plates.
Gipson was cited and released.
