The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a man on multiple weapon charges.
According to arrest records, 41-year-old Shawn Bobbitt of Mountain View, MO was arrested early Sunday morning on charges of felony driving while intoxicated – aggravated offender, felony unlawful possession of an illegal weapon, felony unlawful use of a weapon – possessing a loaded weapon while intoxicated, unlawful use of a weapon – carrying concealed without a permit, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, and no insurance.
Bobbitt was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
