The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Wright County.
Arrest records show 28-year-old Michael Hester of Willard, MO was arrested for a felony Wright County failure to appear warrant, no valid license, and no insurance.
Hester was taken to the Wright County Jail and was placed on bond.
