The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a woman in Shannon County.
According to arrest records, 33-year-old Lorraina Smothers of Winona, MO was arrested for a felony Shannon County warrant – cruelty toward a child.
Smothers was taken to the Shannon County Jail and was placed on bond.
