An Eminence man was arrested on a felony warrant on Tuesday.
According to arrest records, 44-year-old Joshua Perry of Eminence, MO was arrested for a felony Douglas County warrant for failure to appear, no valid plates, no insurance, and no seatbelt.
Perry was taken to the Shannon Couty Jail and was given no bond.
