The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a woman on DWI charges.
According to arrest records, 29-year-old Mercedes Gowen of Doniphan, MO was arrested on a misdemeanor charge for driving while intoxicated – alcohol.
Gowen was taken to the Doniphan Police Department and was later released.
