A Doniphan man was arrested for a felony warrant in Butler County on Feb. 28.
Arrest records show 18-year-old Matthew Koslowski of Doniphan, MO was arrested for a felony Carter County warrant – animal abuse.
Koslowski was taken to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office and was placed on bond.
