The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man on drug charges.
Arrest records say 26-year-old Billy Shepherd of Licking, MO was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and no seatbelt.
Shepherd was taken to the Texas County Jail and was later released.
