A West Plains woman was injured in a Howell County crash early Tuesday morning.
Crash reports say a 2002 Dodge driven by 38-year-old Heath Neitzel of West Plains, MO was traveling northeast on County Road 2570, one mile northeast of West Plains, when the vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned.
A passenger, 40-year-old Kathryn Tackitt, had moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
