The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Winona, MO woman on multiple outstanding warrants.
Arrest records say 41-year-old Jaqueline Ducharme of Winona was arrested for five felony Shannon County warrants – amphetamine, felony Howell County warrant – failure to appear, and a misdemeanor Shannon County warrant – failure to appear.
Ducharme is being held in the Shannon County Jail on no bond.
