A man was arrested for multiple outstanding warrants in Howell County.
Arrest records say 18-year-old Wade Feldman-Plank of Pomona, MO was arrested for three misdemeanor West Plains PD warrants for failure to appear and no seat belt.
Plank is being held in the West Plains Jail on no bond.
