A Birch Tree, MO man faces drug charges after a traffic stop in Howell County.
Arrest records indicate 53-year-old Billy Arnold of Birch Tree faces charges for felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, failure to signal a turn, driving while revoked, no insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arnold was processed and later released by the Highway Patrol.
