Two people were injured in a Wednesday afternoon crash in Shannon County.
Crash reports say a 2012 Chevrolet Pickup, driven by 63-year-old Leeman Reeves of Birch Tree, MO was traveling southbound on US 60 at Highway 99, when the vehicle failed to yield and struck an eastbound 2004 Ford F-150, driven by 42-year-old Bruce Thornton of Eminence, MO.
Reeves suffered moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
A passenger in the F-150, 73-year-old Norma Thornton of Eminence, MO has minor injuries and was said to be seeking private medical treatment.
