The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of an Elk Creek man in Texas County.
Arrest records say 19-year-old Randell Cooper of Elk Creek, MO was arrested for driving while intoxicated, resulting in a motor vehicle crash, and careless and imprudent driving involving a motor vehicle crash.
Cooper was cited and released.
