
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and Mammoth Spring Police Department report two people’s arrests on theft charges.
According to court documents filed on April 4, on March 19, Mammoth Spring Police Chief Jamie Turnbough made a traffic stop and came in contact with 41-year-old Jamie Judd and 40-year-old Matthew Young.
Chief Turnbough stated that Judd was run through the Arkansas Crime Information Center, and it showed Judd was wanted for a warrant out of Howell County.
He then searched Judd, and found multiple cards with another name, not matching Judd listed on them.
The card owner’s boyfriend was contacted, and stated that he gave permission to Judd and Young to use wifi at their home while the victim was out of town.
The boyfriend also stated the items recovered were in the top drawer of a nightstand in a bedroom in the home.
It was also discovered that a gun was stolen from the home as well.
Both are charged with felony theft of property and felony residential burglary.
Their bond was set at $10,000.
