Ozark County authorities recovered a stolen UTV.
According to a release, on April 10, Ozark County dispatch received a call of a stolen UTV from a residence near Haskins Ford.
Owners stated to a Deputy, they witnessed the suspect, who had been in a physical altercation the night before with residents of the home, driving the UTV to an unknown location.
The suspect was arrested in Howell County due to an unrelated assault.
During questioning, the suspect gave the location of the stolen UTV to investigators.
Sheriff Martin and deputies located the UTV in a lake near Spring Creek.
The suspect is being held in the Howell County Jail on existing charges.
Charges from the Ozark County incident are currently pending.
