A man was arrested on a warrant in Douglas County.
Arrest records show 38-year-old Chad Klien of Norwood, MO was arrested for a larceny warrant – Houston PD, driving without a valid license, and no insurance.
Klien is being held in the Douglas County Jail on bond.
