The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Ripley County.
According to arrest records, 29 year old Bo Blackwell of Harviell, MO faces charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Blackwell was taken to the Doniphan Police Department and was later released.
