A storm that moved through Fulton, Sharp, and Lawrence Counties is now being questioned of whether it was a tornadic storm or not.
The National Weather Service in Little Rock continues to investigate storms that officials first believed produced a “large and dangerous tornado,” but after surveying the damage on Saturday, that statement is being walked back.
The current belief is either false reports were being sent to the National Weather Service claiming the tornado was on the ground or radar data was insufficient.
It is said that Friday’s storms produced significant hail and included straight-line winds.
