The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for failure to register charges.
According to court documents filed on Friday, 41-year-old Timothy Woods was arrested for felony failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements, felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Woods was taken to the Izard County Jail and was given a $15,000 bond.
