A Van Buren man was arrested in Carter County on Wednesday evening.
Arrest records show 37-year-old Rocky Kingree of Van Buren, MO was arrested on charges of misdemeanor DWI and failure to signal.
Kingree was taken to the Carter County Jail and was placed on a 12-hour hold.
