The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Howell County man on Wednesday.
According to arrest records, 27-year-old Jesse Williams of West Plains was arrested for a misdemeanor West Plains Police Department warrant – no insurance, a misdemeanor Oregon County warrant – failure to register a motor vehicle, and no seatbelt.
Williams was taken to the West Plains Police Department, where he was placed on bond.
