A crash in Howell County left a man with injuries and a DWI charge.
Crash reports say an Arctic Cat ATV driven by 21-year-old Rusty Lamborn of Mountain View, MO was traveling westbound on County Road 3740, three miles north of Mountain View, when the driver made a U-Turn and overturned the ATV.
Lamborn had moderate injuries after the crash and refused medical treatment on the scene.
Arrest records say Lamborn is charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
He was taken to the Mountain View Police Department, where he was later released.
