An Eminence, MO man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Shannon County.
Arrest records show 42-year-old Scott Lyons of Eminence was arrested for a felony Texas County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon and a misdemeanor Texas County warrant for driving while revoked.
Lyons is being held in the Shannon County Jail on bond.
